Once you completed your Bee Coin Wise registration, you should have received an SMS from Celbux with your login details. This wallet is essential — without it, you won’t be able to receive or use your earnings.

Because this is something new, we completely understand that it might feel a little scary at first. But don’t worry — just take it one step at a time, and you’ll soon feel confident using your wallet like a pro!
✅ Step 1: Learn How to Fund Your Wallet
Although Bee Coin Wise is designed to help you earn money, that won’t happen instantly. While your network is still growing, you’ll need to fund your Celbux wallet yourself for any purchases you want to make.
Think of your wallet like a new type of bank account — with a different kind of payment method. It’s still your money, and you can withdraw it at any time if needed. So rest assured, your funds are safe.

✅ Step 2: Test With a Small Amount First
Before loading a large amount into your wallet, test the process with a small deposit. This way, you can get familiar with how it works without worrying about tying up your full grocery budget or monthly spending money.
Once your funds reflect in your wallet, you’ll receive an SMS from Celbux with your first voucher code.
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT:
Always double-check that your voucher code starts with 168.
If it starts with anything else — collapse the voucher immediately!
You will not earn from Bee Coin Wise if the voucher does not start with 168.
✅ Step 3: Test at the Shop – The Chocolate Test 🍫
Once you’ve successfully funded your wallet and received your 168-voucher code, you’re ready to head out and test it in the real world!
We like to call it the Chappy Test — but I think I prefer calling it the Chocolate Test 😄
Why? Because you’re simply going to buy something small (like a chocolate) at a participating store to test the payment process.
This way:
You get to see how it works
The shop gets familiar with the system
You don’t risk a big spend while still learning
🎯 If it works — yay! You're ready to go big!
Once you confirm that the shop accepts your 168-voucher code, you can confidently fund your wallet with a larger amount and start shopping as normal. 🛒
🚫 If you hit a roadblock…
If the cashier is unsure or the code doesn’t work:
Ask to speak to a manager and kindly explain that this is a Celbux 168-voucher.
Sometimes they simply haven’t been trained yet — and a little patience can go a long way.
Still no luck? Don’t worry!
Just collect the following info:
Shop Name
Address
Contact Number (if possible)
📩 Then send those details to me so we can notify Celbux and get that store added properly.
You’re doing great so far! Keep it up — you’re already ahead of most by simply taking action.

Once you’ve successfully used the system and experienced it for yourself, you’re ready to share the opportunity with others!

🔗 Where to find your referral link:
You’ll find your personal referral link in your Bee Coin Wise back office (not in Celbux).
Go to Settings, look for the blue link, and simply copy and paste it somewhere safe. That’s the link you’ll give to new people who want to join through you.
👣 Guide them step by step – just like I did for you.
Make sure:
They register using your link.
You confirm that they made their payment and used the correct reference.
Only after confirmation, send them the same welcome info and steps you received.
Because you’ve already used the system yourself, you’ll now be in the best position to support them and help them succeed too.

How to Login to Bee Coin Wise
Go to www.becw.co.za
Click on Login
Username: Your mobile number without the first 0
Password: Your created password (when you registered at BCW)
(If you forget your BCW password, WhatsApp 0615010386 and request a
password reset)
How to get your personal BCW link for prospects to join
Login to your Bee Coin Wise and click on the three lines
Click on the three lines (top righthand corner)
Click on Settings
You will see My Personal Link (link is in blue) click on the link, and it
will show Copied. You can paste and send it to your prospects. This link
will automatically have your details as Sponsor when your new members
register using your link
How to view your Matrix (Referrals)
Login to your Bee Coin Wise and click on the three lines
Click on Referrals to view
The referral in Orange means their joining fee is received. If they are Green, it means their bonuses will be or is paid. If their names are Red, it means their joining fee has not yet been allocated or they have not paid yet. They will then also not receive any payments from Bee Coin Wise.
How to view your Statement
Login to your Bee Coin Wise and click on the three lines
Click on Settings
Click on Get Statement, click on the dropdown menu to select the period,
then click on Get Statement

How to change your BCW login password
Login to your Bee Coin Wise and click on the three lines
Click on Settings
Click on Change Password, enter old and new password

How to Delete Account
Login to your Bee Coin Wise and click on the three lines
Click on Settings
Click on Delete Account
If you are 100% sure that you want to delete, select Yes

How to Login to Celbux
Go to https://celbux.com
Click on Login to Celbux
Enter your username as provided in the registration SMS
(EXAMPLE 27831231234)
Enter your password as provided in the registration SMS
VERY IMPORTANT!!!!! CLICK ONLY ONCE on the Login tab, and
WAIT… it WILL take you to the Home page. This is a security setting to prevent bots from hacking your account. So just click once and be patient.
(If you click more than once on the login tab, you will receive an error 404)
How to load funds to your Celbux
This new account is like opening a new bank account. Like any new account, you will need to put some money in it to be able to start using it. Since your matrix is empty in the beginning, you will need to fund your celbux wallet for a while until you start earning really well from your network.
You will need to do an EFT from your bank to your celbux wallet
Open your personal online Banking App and create a new beneficiary:

Reference: Use your Celbux username (your cellphone number)
SELECT IMMEDIATE / DIRECT PAYMENT OPTION if you bank with any
other bank than Nedbank, and you want your funds to transfer

CASH Deposit at Banks
Cash may also be deposited at a bank using the above bank details and the correct reference number
Keep your deposit slip as proof. Should your new voucher not reflect in
your Celbux wallet within 24 hrs, send email to support@becw.co.za or
WhatsApp to 0615010386
CASH Deposit at merchant (ONLY at Checkers)
At the pay point, advise the teller you would like to do a Mobile cash deposit using WiCode into your Celbux
State the amount of cash that you wish to deposit
IMPORTANT:
The Teller MUST enter the following REFERENCE:
168 followed by your Mobile Number
Example: 1680831231234 (this is the only place you will use the 0 of your cellphone number)
Keep your deposit slip as proof. Should your new voucher not reflect in your Celbux wallet within 24 hrs, send email to support@becw.co.za or

How to convert vouchers in Celbux wallet to a 168 voucher and collapse (join) vouchers into one voucher
Login as per above instructions
Scroll down to Vouchers and click on the Vouchers icon
Choose a voucher and click on the 3 dots to the right (on a Mobile Phone you have to swipe from right to left, till you see the 3 dots)
On the pop-up menu select Collapse Vouchers
WAIT…
The screen will refresh and ‘collapse’ all your vouchers together into one, with one new 168 Voucher Number
You will receive an SMS with the new 168 Voucher Number and balance (NOTE: If you do not receive an SMS immediately after collapse or purchase at the shop, you can log in to you Celbux to find your new code quickly. Sometimes the network is slow, so sometimes you won't get an SMS immediately)
How to change your Celbux Login Password
On the Home page click on the 3 lines @ top righthand corner
Under Wallet option, select Profile (wait…)
Scroll down on the Profile page, enter your old 5-digit password (sent to you via registration SMS) then enter your new chosen password (MUST be 5 digits) Take a screenshot
Select Update Profile
How to Logout of your Celbux
On the Home page, click on the three lines
The Navigation Menu will pop up, at the bottom lefthand corner of this page you will see a faded round spot and down arrow
Click on it, you will have the option to Logout
How to Use a Voucher at a Pay Point
To purchase goods using your voucher at the till, simply provide the cashier
with the 168 Voucher number when making payment. You will (almost
immediately) receive an SMS with the new168 Voucher number, and your new
balance.
